Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Because each garment is made-to-order, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $200 qualify to receive free shipping. Once your garment has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available. Estimated domestic shipping is 3-5 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your items, you can request a return by emailing info@nashengineeredfashion.com. Once your return is approved, we will send further instructions on how to send the back item(s). In order to receive a full refund, you must follow the steps below.
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving order.
2. All original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be unworn and in original condition.
4. Return must include original invoice
